Order and Delivery

When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow the status of your delivery.

Payment

We accept credit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and direct bank transfers.

 

Custom Orders

We take custom orders. Let’s discuss your ideas for your new custom piece. Just send us a message at hello@turakkilim.com


Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Turak offers trade pricing and custom orders for design professionals, interior designers and retailers. Please contact us at hello@turakkilim.com for any enquiries.

 

Shipping

Free EUROPE and UK delivery.

Turak offers worldwide shipping direct from our Atelier. All orders are delivered to you with Turpex International shipping. Please see standard delivery time by your region.

 

Guaranteed Christmas Delivery

Order by the 7th December for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas day.

 

Returns and Exchanges

10-Day Return Policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your rug for a full refund within 10 days from the date you received it.

 

Product must be in original condition. Once the product has arrived to us, in the same condition it was sent, you will get a refund for your order.

 

Customer is responsible for delivery (in case of free shipping) and return shipping, additionally for any customs cost.

 

If a rug is faulty there will not be any return fees. We will send a replacement rug free of charge.

 

Note: To return an order please contact us and we will book the return for you. Please keep the original packaging in case you consider returning your item. Return fees apply on exchanges as well.

 

Prices
EU / UK – All the prices are including VAT.

 

Late Delivery
Turak Kilim does not offer any compensation in case of delayed deliveries. The delivery times are only estimates.

 

Shipping Damages

Very rarely a rug will get damaged during transport. When your order is delivered, if there is visible damage to the packaging or boxes, please refuse the delivery and note the damage on the form from the delivery company and notify us immediately. We will send you a new product.

 

Rug Size & Color Variations

We use 100% natural materials and remain loyal to traditional ways at all stages, from sheep to fleece and fiber/yarn before transformed into beautiful kilims. This gives every rug the unique look and character.
Irregularities may occur and there might be small variations in size and color as a result of the traditional making process.
